Entry fee is $95, including greens fees, cart, lunch, awards and a donation
benefiting the non-profit Cottagewood Community Foundation.

then mail a $30 check made out to CCF to David at
20395 Linden Rd., Deephaven, MN 55331.
The balance of the entry fee will be paid at the course.
